The flu is going around at increasing rates right now. I am committed to providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every client. To ensure the best care for you and others in my office, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell.

Massage therapy can actually make symptoms worse when your body is already fighting off illness. Plus, close contact during a session increases the risk of spreading germs.

If you have symptoms like fever, coughing, congestion, or body aches, please give me a call—I’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment for when you’re feeling better!

This relocation marks a significant milestone for me, and I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities it brings. My friend Annie Hopkins (of Full Bloom Wellness www.fullbloomwellness603.com) and I are teaming up as like minded therapists who work with the perinatal community and beyond. She’s an amazing physical therapist and I’m so excited to work with her! The new space is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind, ensuring that your massage experience continues to be nothing short of exceptional.

Rest assured, I am working diligently to make this transition as seamless as possible for you. I will still be here to provide the same high-quality services you know and love until the end of March. I’ll be open at the new space as of Monday April 1st.
