Soul Healing Activations because our Soul, while separate from our bodies, is connected both to our bodies and to our Spirit. Our Soul is where our consciousness is, our identity and it houses our feelings. So if we can heal our wounds and address the way we think, enlighten our minds and adopt a new consciousness then we are at the core of Soul Healing. It is all connected. Healing our Soul facilitates healing our bodies. Our Spirit connects to Source and allows communication with God. We are a Soul living out our life in human form and our Spirit keeps us connected to a higher power. In healing our Souls, we can become our authentic selves.

Of course I made a new recipe for New Year's day! Brown rice and wild rice, mushroom soup with coconut milk. This is one recipe that I didn't alter very much. It was really good!! I did not have many of the traditional New Year's day food so my key takeaway words for this year is adapt, compromise and be flexible. HAPPY New Year, everyone!!
