The crystal sales of Soul Healing Activations will be CLOSING. This business, particularly the crystals sales part was meant to be a retirement project that I could work on and something that Kermit and I could do together. Last year Kermit was too sick too help and I cancelled the only show I booked. With his cancer diagnosis I have decided to close up shop and I will be running crystal liquidation sales. I primarily vended at markets to sell but I will be running online specials here as well. Pass the word along to friends and family, anyone you might know that might want some beautiful crystals at great prices or anyone wanting to start their own business, send them my way. The biggest help would be in sharing my posts.

I will continue to keep this page open to spread God’s Word and share plant-based inspiration! There is no better Soul healing than that!

Soul Healing Activations because our Soul, while separate from our bodies, is connected both to our bodies and to our Spirit. Our Soul is where our consciousness is, our identity and it houses our feelings. So if we can heal our wounds and address the way we think, enlighten our minds and adopt a new consciousness then we are at the core of Soul Healing. It is all connected. Healing our Soul facilitates healing our bodies. Our Spirit connects to Source and allows communication with God. We are a Soul living out our life in human form and our Spirit keeps us connected to a higher power. In healing our Souls, we can become our authentic selves.

Of course I made a new recipe for New Year's day! Brown rice and wild rice, mushroom soup with coconut milk. This is one recipe that I didn't alter very much. It was really good!! I did not have many of the traditional New Year's day food so my key takeaway words for this year is adapt, compromise and be flexible. HAPPY New Year, everyone!!
