If your shoulders could talk, they’d be begging for this month’s classes.

They’re the most mobile joint in your body, which makes them powerful, but also prone to injury if they’re not strong and supple. Every time you reach overhead, carry a kid, or hold a plank, your shoulders are working. And if they’re tight or unstable? You’ll feel it here, there, and everywhere: in your neck, your back, and even your hips.

And the concern makes sense: if hot flashes feel overwhelming, wouldn’t stepping into a hot room just turn up the dial?
