If your shoulders could talk, they’d be begging for this month’s classes.
They’re the most mobile joint in your body, which makes them powerful, but also prone to injury if they’re not strong and supple. Every time you reach overhead, carry a kid, or hold a plank, your shoulders are working. And if they’re tight or unstable? You’ll feel it here, there, and everywhere: in your neck, your back, and even your hips.
That’s why this month at Blaze, we’re focusing on building shoulder strength, stability, and mobility. We’ll train the muscles that keep your joint safe, open up the sticky spots that limit your range, and help you discover the sweet spot between flexibility and power: control.
Shoulder discomfort may be common, but that doesn’t make it normal.
