This one hits different.

“I can’t love Blaze more than I currently do. The classes are fantastic, hard, fun, nurturing, sweaty, and has brought my body to a level of fitness I could never have imagined. But so much more than the classes, is the community that Sara and Jaylon have successfully created. There are no amount of words that can effectively articulate it, you just have to walk in to the Blaze doors to experience it. I am so proud and honored to be a member of the Blaze family, I promise you’ll feel the same way.”

Top two limitations for our clients? Back pain and shoulder pain.

The shoulder is one of the more vulnerable and complicated joints. That’s why so many people struggle with overhead work and movements like push-ups. And if you’re a female over 40, decreasing estrogen levels actually puts you more at risk for frozen shoulder than anyone else.

Ok, but real talk.

At some point every winter we all start doing this thing where we stare at pictures of the ocean and think, “I need to be somewhere else for a minute.”

Not in a runaway from my life way. More like a reset my nervous system and remember who I am way.

So yes, we are officially putting summer plans on the books.

In June 2026 we’re taking Blaze to Monhegan Island. If you’ve never been, it’s quiet, rocky, wildly beautiful, and completely unplugged. No cars. No chaos (but, yes wifi). Just ocean, trails, fresh air, and space to actually feel your body again.

This is not a retreat where you have to be “on” or perform wellness. We’ll do yoga and movement that supports you. We’ll hike because it feels good to be outside. We’ll learn about birds, beavers, and edible plants. We’ll rest without guilt. We’ll eat well. We’ll laugh. We’ll sit and stare at the water and let our brains calm the hell down.

Just show up as you are and we will help you relax.

S*x is part of your health. Not a bonus, not a performance, not a side note, and certainly not something you age out of.

Whether you’re not up for it anymore, never really enjoyed it, or just want to have more fun, this is the workshop you’ve waited your whole life for.

Most of us got some version of s*x ed that was incomplete at best and shame-based at worst. Then we became adults. Our bodies changed. Our relationships changed. Our stress levels, hormones, injuries, and life responsibilities changed. And somehow we were expected to just “know” how to adapt. For a lot of folks, it's a part of life that never really delivered.

That’s why certified s*xual health educator Dr. Samara pulled together this special educational workshop to give you an outlet to talk about the stuff that we all have been told is taboo.

Still Hot: Pleasure, Hormones, and Intimacy at Every Age.

This workshop is about understanding how s*x actually connects to your body as an adult. Maybe you never learned that the cl****is isn’t a button, but a wishbone-shaped organ that lines the whole length of the l***a. Maybe your changing hormones brought pain or dryness, or decreased pleasure and satisfaction with intimacy.

This special virtual workshop is an opportunity get curious about your body, expand your education about yourself, and feel agency when it comes to s*x and satisfaction. A chance to find the language to talk about your body without embarrassment and without apology.

Metabolic disease is ubiquitous in the States 🇺🇸

In fact, over 1/3 of all Americans are pre-diabetic, a sign that the pancreas is working overtime to combat our high sugar/high fat diet.

And metabolic disease doesn’t just impact weight and insulin resilience. New studies show it's a culprit in the increasing rates of dementia-related disease.

Addressing sugar isn’t just about what you put in your mouth (obvi, do that, too). It’s also about what you do with your body. That’s because muscle eats most of the sugar you consume, and moving your body (even light exercise) can help to control blood sugar before you hit a disease state.

Small changes like taking a 10-minute walk after a meal have a huge impact on blood sugar levels. And building a strong skeletal muscle mass means you’re burning more sugar even at rest.

I’m sick of watching diet culture starve and shrink people when the benefits of getting strong are the key to a long, healthy, independent life.
