Remember when we collected used shoes for the fundraiser New Franklin School was hosting?

They asked us to pass along a HUGE thank you. The school collected 102 bags (plus one pair!) which equaled 2,551 pairs of shoes and 2,734 pounds total. Just think of how many workouts were done in those shoes!

We love seeing old shoes go on to do good things. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped support New Franklin School!

With PAC closed today, we had to check the surveillance footage for proof of KettleBelle.

Caught her red-handed.
Spraying down the equipment like a pro…mostly so there’s no evidence she was ever here.

No fingerprints.
No sweat marks.
No witnesses.
She was never here.

KettleBelle is officially off to the North Pole until next year.

I guess we forgot to check the fine print of having a white Christmas. Tonight’s snow storm means a 7:00am delayed opening for PAC.

-6:00am classes are cancelled
- Planning to be open 7:00am–1:00pm with regular morning classes

Today KettleBelle gave push-ups a go.

Yes, from her knees. She insists it’s not because she isn’t strong enough…although pull up day may suggest otherwise.

It’s really the knee folds.

Hard to hit push-ups from your toes when you’re one of the old school elves.

She’s not one of these fancy new elves with bendy limbs and extra “posing power,” (according to the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition box), just rub her face in it, why don’t you.

She didn’t make it past the first exercise but her confidence is now at an all-time high.

Well well well. Looks like KettleBelle didn’t use a spot today.
We can’t say if it’s because she didn’t think she needed one…
or because she’s not allowed to interact with humans. The world may never know.

She may be the first we’ve found pinned under 5 lbs,
but at least she can magically get out of this.
Not a skill most of us have.

At least she tried.

Happy Birthday to the heart of our nursery, Roma!

Roma doesn’t just “watch” kids. She knows them. Loves them. Cares for them like they’re her own. She’s the calm in the chaos, the hug when someone needs it, and the reason so many of our families with little ones get to show up for themselves here at PAC.

Truly, there are members in this gym who couldn’t be here without her, and that’s something special.

If you know Roma, you already know how amazing she is and what she means to families with young kids. Help us celebrate her today and spread the word about our nursery for your friends with littles. Roma deserves all the love today ❤️❤️❤️
