Today before my class I showed up for myself. Iā€™ve been pulled to practicing yoga for years but always felt my mind moved too fast, like my thoughts were too loud.

I was wrong and overthinking per usual. This was my first Yin Yang Yoga session and Iā€™ll definitely be back for more, great class for beginners like myself and even better for mind racers like myself!

Some of the poses we did felt soo natural! I canā€™t count how many times Iā€™ve gotten overwhelmed then told myself ā€œgirl just breathe and go lay downā€šŸ˜‚
