🌟 Meet Samantha Banfield, our newest Senior Living Advisor! 🌟

Samantha will be supporting families in Northern York County and Cumberland County as part of our growing Oasis team.

She comes to us with a strong background in home health and hospice, having spent the last five years with Amedisys. Through that work, Samantha supported patients and families during deeply personal and often challenging transitions. These experiences shaped her compassionate approach, guided by empathy, active listening, and a commitment to helping families find the best possible solutions.

Outside of work, Samantha is a proud wife and mom of two, and she values the power of community and meaningful connections.

In July, we kicked back with our awesome partners, took a breather from the daily grind, and just enjoyed being together. Lots of laughs, new friendships forming, and a good reminder of how lucky we are to have such great people around us.

It was especially great having our growing team on the boat - meeting fresh faces, swapping stories, and soaking up the stunning view. Here’s to more nights like this, where work and friendship mix perfectly under golden skies.
