Make sure you signed up your church members or neighbors... Community Outreach Coalition Inc we are looking to serve 750 seniors with hot meals.. Get them signed up!!!!!.

➡️ Call 911.
➡️ Give 5 back blows, followed by 5 abdominal thrusts.
➡️ Continue this process until the object is forced out.
➡️ If the person becomes unresponsive, begin CPR.
