Everyone give a huge welcome to our newest crew member of Full Potential, Devon. Devon is coming in as a certified trainer, (soon to be) certified Nutrition Coach and resident power strength instructor. While he can train anyone, he is looking to be the guy that all of our men can turn to.

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
