Vacay time - but don’t fear, I have some great subs lined up for my classes while I’m away!

Veronica Chufo has you this AM for HIIT and Abs at Taylor Bend Family YMCA (8:05am and 8:40am)

Stacy Faherty has you covered for the next two Mondays and Wednesday at Full Potential Fitness and Wellness (6:15am Flex and Stretch and 15/15/15).

For the rest of my Taylor Bend Family YMCA classes, Judy will be bringing you Cardio Circuit next Tuesday at 5:30am; Rebecca’s got you for Friday 5:30am 15/15/15, and Mitch will finish out Saturday, 10/18 with HIIT and Abs.

(The week of 10/20, Jeannie and I are swapping Cardio Circuit and Group Power, so I’ll see you all for CC on 10/23!)

I’ll also be taking a social media break during this time, so if you need me, reach out on Facebook messenger or look me up on WhatsApp. Stay well and keep moving!

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
