Following Stacy’s re-debut, Devon wanted to take on something that allows his son to workout with dad and truly start creating that generational habit of health and fitness.

Starting April 21st, we will be introducing Legacy Strength. This class is meant for a dad and his kids. Each pass is good for an adult and two kids (ages 12-15). We will be combining strength training, cardio and some calisthenics.

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
