WELCOME! Thanks for checking out these short videos, designed to inspire you to find the classes and yoga opportunities that motivate you. I’ve been practicing yoga since 1995, completed my 200 hour teacher-training in 2013, and have been thrilled to continue learning with students these last 7 seven years, as well as studying with instructors for over 800 Continuing Education credits.

As our in-person classes closed, yogis requested video sequences for at-home practice, and I’ve collected some here where you’ll find a Moon Salutation, Qigong sequences like Shibashi and Eight Brocades, as well as Gentle Yoga seated stretches including Qigong tapping and pranayama breathing practices. I’ve gathered yoga asanas for healing and building immunity and strength, standing balances, twists, lunges, hip openers, tree variations, planks and Downward Dog opportunities for you to explore.
