SOMC LIFE Center The SOMC LIFE CENTER is a Southern Ohio Medical Center(SOMC) Fitness and Wellness Center. We support

We offer a wide variety of fitness and wellness programs to suit any level of fitness
from the novice exerciser to the pro athlete. We have 3 locations to choose from,
the Portsmouth location is our largest center, Wheelersburg and Lucasville Ohio locations
are also available with limited facilities and program offerings. Please refer to our webpage

What a year it’s been! In 2025, the LIFE Center showed up stronger than ever—early mornings, sweaty workouts, big milestones, and an even bigger sense of community.

From crushing fitness goals and trying new classes, to welcoming new faces and celebrating longtime members, this year was all about growth—physically, mentally, and together. 🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♂️
