This form of payment may be used directly on our booking site or in-person. Prior to booking your appointment, please ensure that you have a prescription for Massage Therapy/Energy Alignment or Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a healthcare provider outlining the condition being treated, your required number of sessions needed, and the duration of treatment—as this is REQUIRED by the IRS to validate the massage or energy healing service treating your specific condition—such as chronic pain, injury recovery, or stress management.
