Keep your kitchen healthy and your family safe:
-Wash hands and surfaces before/after prep

-Cook to safe temps: poultry 165°F; ground meats 160°F; reheat leftovers 165°F
-Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours (1 hour if it’s hot outside)
