Self myofascial release: Things to know before getting started

In the first video, I discuss the four balls in the Roll Model starter kit available at . These provide a nice variety of sizes, pressure, and textures to work on any area of your body you’re interested in targeting. If you don’t have access to this kit, there are plenty of other options (many of which you may already have lying around the house)

In the second video, I provide an overview of the 9 techniques that you can perform with these tools. Each one of us will have a different experience with these techniques, depending on our tolerance to pressure in the area we choose to target. This gives some insight on how to begin exploring all the benefits that self myofascial release can provide
