Every spring, we see the same thing…

You feel good.

“I screwed my neck up… and had a big trip coming up.”

That’s how this started.

A lot of people in that situation do the same thing:

Try to push through it
Hope it settles down
Worry it’s going to ruin something important

But here’s the reality:

When something like neck pain shows up suddenly…
it’s usually not random.

And waiting it out isn’t always the best move - especially when you’ve got something coming up that matters.

If you’ve got pain shooting down your leg…

It’s easy to assume the problem is in your leg.
