Scioto County remains on a Level Two Snow Emergency.

Only those who feel its necessary should be out on the roads.

Contact your employer to see if you need to report to work.

The Scioto County Courthouse will open at 10AM Wednesday due to the inclement weather.

The Portsmouth City Building will open at 10AM Wednesday .

The New Boston Village offices will open on a two hour delay.

Portsmourh Municipal Court will be closed tomorrow.

House Bill 144, also known as Keith's Law, went into effect in Ohio on January 19. The law improves interactions between first responders and people with disabilities. It does this by giving first responders advance information about a person's specific needs.
