Sorry for the radio silence. Life has been very chaotic for months now, and my depression isn't helping, nor are my chronic illnesses. I don't know if I'll ever start making and selling things again. It's hard to tell at this juncture. My passion has faded and my body just won't support the labor required to create at the same capacity.

I have shifted the focus of my energy to healing myself and being of service to loved ones. This isn't a goodbye, just an update. Things will get better, but for now I have to focus on myself.

I shared these and then deleted them because it's new to me and I feared judgement. . . .then I got to looking at old pictures of my original candle designs and original crochet pieces. I've been making candles for 8+ years and crocheting for 22 years, so of course I'm good at them by now. When I start something new it won't be perfect. It will never be perfect. Strive for PROGRESS not perfection. It's ok to be vulnerable and put your art out there. And it is important to not be discouraged and to keep going and keep doing so long as it brings you joy. It is also ok to keep your art to yourself. Whatever makes you happy. Anyways, I've been drawing digitally for 3 days and these are what I managed with some follow along tutorials.
