Hi everyone!

I’ve had several people recently share their experiences with me and mention other practitioners claiming to treat Alpha-Gal. I want to take a moment to clarify an important distinction.

The treatment you may have heard about that shows a 96% success rate is the SAAT method, which is the specific protocol I use in my practice. This method is supported by published scientific research, which you can review here:

At this time, there are no other methods with comparable success rates or scientific evidence to support those claims.

If you are seeking treatment, please be sure the provider is a licensed acupuncturist and is properly trained and certified in the SAAT method. Your safety and results matter!!

If you have questions or would like more information, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help!

I have heard this news going around and wanted to clarify. A linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers had a partially collapsed lung due to dry needling.

This picture explains legal context for Pennsylvania but the same precautions should be taken for patients in Ohio. Always ask what training someone has before you allow them to treat you with needles.

Dry needling has very little training compared to acupuncture. In Ohio, there’s no specific hourly requirement for licensed physical therapists. They are only required to take a continuing education (CEU) in dry needling that is typically 27-54 hours of training. Acupuncture requires 3-4 years of training and 2000+ hours. Be aware of what treatments you receive!

These are just 12 of the many benefits of acupuncture—there’s so much more it can help with!

If you’ve been dealing with an issue for a long time and can’t seem to find relief, please reach out to me.

If you don’t want to rely on medication for the rest of your life, please reach out.

If you’re considering surgery or a medical procedure and are concerned about side effects, please reach out.

Acupuncture can help with a wide range of conditions and doesn’t carry the same risks or side effects commonly associated with medications or invasive procedures. There is nothing I love more than seeing someone’s face light up when they finally find relief after struggling for years.

If you are struggling with anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to talk with you and let you know how acupuncture may be able to help.
