PSA: we are coming into sick season (honestly, I don’t know why it isn’t called sugar season, because it’s a consumption of sugar from Oct-Feb, and too much sugar weakens the immune system and poisons the body).

I work with elderly and immunocompromised people.

I need you to reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. This is not to make your life difficult, but truly to protect all with whom I come into contact.
