Going to bed early
Start plugging your phone in the living room at night and change your nights and your mornings for the better.
True, you can get out of bed, walk over to your phone in the living room, hit the snooze button, and go back to bed.
However, it’s way less likely than having the phone right next to your head, when you can just hit that snooze and sink right back into the mattress.
Start setting an alarm about an hour before you want to go to sleep so you can really wind down and get ready for bed.
Having this extra time makes it so much easier to stick to a good skincare routine, oral care routine, and get to snuggle up in your favorite sheets, light a candle, and read right before you go to sleep.
