Meet the staff & Join us for FREE A1C testing, FREE Thyroid Ultrasounds, Raffles, Medication information and resources, Insulin pump information, Continuous Glucose Monitor information, Physician speakers and SWAG! We will also have a food truck on site to purchase a meal. Watch for our flyers throughout the community.
