Whether you're trying to conceive now, later, or never, your o***y or testicular health and s*x hormone balance matter more than you think. 💡

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is the most common cause of low thyroid in the U.S.—and I’ve diagnosed many patients with it in my practice. I also regularly help patients manage low thyroid symptoms even if they’ve never been told they have Hashimoto’s.

✨ Creamy Vanilla Post-Workout Shake 💪🌿

Your muscles (and taste buds) are going to thank you for this one. Packed with clean protein, healthy fats, and natural carbs to help refuel, rebuild, and actually tastes amazing.

Here’s what went into my blender:

🍌 1 frozen green banana (for that gut-loving resistant starch)
🧊 Handful of ice
💪 1 scoop ’s So Lean So Clean Vanilla Protein (on my Fullscript store at a discount - can access from my site!)
🌿 1/2 tsp pure organic vanilla extract
🍯 1 tbsp raw Manuka honey (hello antioxidants!)
🌾 ¼ cup organic gluten-free oats
🌰 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (for fiber + omega-3s)
🥜 2 tbsp organic cashew butter (or any clean nut butter you love)
