✨Patient Spotlight✨

Congratulations to Jonathan, Pinnacle Patient Spotlight! Jonathon has been plagued with pes planus, or flat footedness, his entire life. He describes this as a constant struggle until he met Dr Bryan Thompson at Inland Foot and Ankle. He had surgery to provide stability to his left foot and lengthen his calf muscles. He then had a prolonged period of non weight bearing to allow tissue to heal.

He started PT and has shown very gradual but consistent improvements in all areas of physical therapy, including range of motion, tissue mobility, edema, decreased sympathetic responses, and weight bearing progression/walking ability. He has been an excellent student, working very hard to progress every visit. Congratulations Jonathon and thank you for your hard work!

Robert who has been diligently attending therapy sessions for months. Robert suffers from drop foot, a condition that affects his ability to lift the front of his foot while walking. Determined to regain his mobility, Robert works tirelessly with his physical therapist to strengthen his leg muscles and improve his walking ability.

Throughout his therapy journey, Robert's dedication and positive attitude have been undeniable . He never misses an appointment and arrives with a contagious smile that brightens everyone's day. Despite the challenges he faces, Robert's perseverance serves as an inspiration to both staff and fellow patients.

Recently, Robert's efforts have paid off as he was fitted with custom-made braces designed to provide support and help him walk better.
