Dear patients,

We have exciting changes and important updates.

As you know, we have downsized our clinic considerably since we lost our son in 2022. Dr O and I are ready to scale back even more now.

Our office will be closed until August 11th. After that, we will be open ONLY ON TUESDAYS and ONLY FOR TELEHEALTH appointments. We are moving out of our building on 7/24/25 and we will not have a physical office anymore.

As part of this transition, we will not be accepting any insurance plans; visit charges will be due at the time of service.

Our phone and fax numbers will stay the same. It might take us up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS days to return calls and refill requests since we will be open only one day per week.

As always, please call your pharmacy first for refills.

We are slowly sending out letters explaining this transition. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Story

Family Health Care of Post Falls is a clinic specialized in family medicine, integrative medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. All our providers are trained in family medicine to care for the entire family, from well-child checks to annual checkups, to diabetes management, to minor procedures. Additionally, Dr Oglesbay is board-certified in integrative medicine. In fact, he is one of the first physicians in the US to be board-certified in this field.

What is integrative medicine? According to the American Board of Physician Specialties, “Integrative medicine is not “alternative.” In fact, a practitioner of Integrative Medicine embraces the form of treatment that is best suited to achieve optimum health and healing. In some cases, that means using conventional therapy. In others, it means using therapies that might be considered “alternative” by some. Quite often, if means using a combination of therapy methods. Always, it means doing what must be done to treat the whole person, rather than focusing solely on symptom alleviation”. Therefore, we embrace the use of nutrition, exercise, and customized therapies, such as hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy, methylated folate therapy or thyroid management, to achieve optimal health.

There is a stigma about hormone therapies because of the health issues associated with the use of synthetic hormones in the late 1990s. However, bioidentical hormones act very differently than their synthetic cohorts.
