So, is there anything I can do to feel better?

Absolutely. While you can’t stop your hormones from doing their thing, you can support your body:

🥬 Eat potassium-rich foods (like bananas and spinach) to reduce water retention.

🧂 Cut back on salt and processed foods around your period.

💧 Stay consistently hydrated—it actually helps flush out excess fluid.

🚶‍♀️ Gentle movement like walking or yoga can help stimulate digestion and ease discomfort.

Hormonal bloating is a normal part of the menstrual cycle, but sometimes hormonal imbalances can bring typically bearable symptoms to an unbearable level 😝 Come chat with Jan and see if your hormone levels need some help!
