We are so grateful for their commitment and longevity with our team — far beyond industry standards — and for the compassionate care they provide to their patients. From specialty care (post-surgical, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and end-of-life care) to respite support, transportation, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and assistance with daily activities (like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, mobility and more), their dedication keeps clients safe, engaged, and supported at home.

Samantha and Aja are two incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate professionals who truly care about your loved one’s next steps and how to make their benefits work for them. 🧡The word ‘hospice’ carries far more meaning than many people realize—it represents a season of life, not just the final days.

Kootenai Health Hospital and their patients are incredibly blessed to have Stephanie Godinez as their Director of Continuum Care!! She and her team look at ALL the angles to keep patient safety a top priority at discharge, while educating post-acute providers and fostering accountability for the best outcomes 💙
We are grateful to be in a room filled with healthcare professionals having meaningful conversations about post-acute care.
