Transitions can be tough for kids—especially after a fun summer! A simple way to help is by reintroducing school routines before the first day.

✅ Start earlier bedtimes and morning wake-ups 1–2 weeks before school begins.
✅ Practice packing backpacks and lunchboxes.
✅ Use visual schedules to give kids structure and confidence.
