In light of recent news that Kootenai Health is in ongoing negotiations with Regence Blue Shield, Northwest Specialty Hospital wishes to assure our community that we remain a partner with Regence and continue to provide accessible, quality care for our patients.

Northwest Specialty Hospital will remain contracted and in network with Regence Blue Shield, ensuring that patients covered by Regence can continue to receive care at Northwest Specialty Hospital and its affiliated clinics without interruption.

We are hopeful that Regence and Kootenai Health will come to an agreement that supports our entire region. In the meantime, Northwest Specialty Hospital is here and available to provide the care our community needs.
