Swedish- used to support your long-term health and relieve stress. Swedish is beneficial to increase circulation and relieve muscle tension. Headache Massage- focuses on upper body, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face to relieve tension. Neuromuscular Massage- (NMT) focuses on specific problem areas in the body that experience chronic pain. NMT helps:

Trigger Points- highly irritated points in muscles which refer pain to other parts of the body

Nerve Compression or Entrapment- pressure on a nerve by soft tissue, cartilage, or bone. Examples could be sciatic (performis muscle) pain, or issues with nerves running through your Brachial Plexus (shoulder joint). Postural Distortions

Biomechanical Dysfunction- which simply means an imbalance of the musculoskeletal system resulting from faulty movement patterns
Examples could be sitting for long periods of time, using a computer keyboard often, or poor lifting habits.
