Dylan Roberts, Eric Dehart, and Brian Terry played in the 3rd Annual Caring for Carter Classic this weekend. They had a great time and shared a lot of laughs. Here's to next year's 3-man scramble! ⛳️

Our last post was accidentally deleted while trying to swap the pic out, but I figured since I’m reposting it now, I could answer some questions we had in the comments of the previous post!

Kaci & Adrian have worked hard to get our Poteau location decorated and looking nice for visitors! Among the updates happening, we now have an event center.

❤️Maybe you’re in need of a place to have your family meal before/after your loved one’s service.
❤️You may be thinking of a celebration of life with food and memories so people can drop in and reminisce.
❤️Perhaps you need a nice indoor location with plenty of room for a birthday party, graduation party, baby shower, wedding shower, or just about any other event you can think of…we’ve got you covered!

What we have to offer:

🤍 Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 50 people.
🤍 Black and white fitted table cloths - you choose the color best suited to your event and we will be sure they’re in place for you.
🤍 Banquet tables with plenty of electrical outlets close by for you to plug in crockpots, warmers, etc.
🤍 An 85” flat screen smart TV with the ability to play memorial videos or even stream television services (football watch parties, anyone?!)
🤍 A cozy sitting room, adjoining the main event center, where guests could relax and visit on comfy couches and chairs. Visiting, while still in close proximity to the event.
🤍 Several beautiful locations in the building for photo ops. Including a fountain and settee at the bottom of the staircase.
🤍 You can also use decor we have on site to decorate the area, or you can bring your own decor to make it your own.
🤍 Catering options can be arranged upon request.
🤍 We are also in the process of having a small kitchenette installed, giving you access to an ice maker, sink, and refrigerator.
