❄️Winter Moisturizing Don'ts🥶

1. Avoid Hot Showers and Baths: Opt for lukewarm water instead of hot, as hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils.

2. Steer Clear of Harsh Soaps: Stay away from drying and heavily fragranced cleansers. Choose gentle, non-irritating formulas that won't harm your skin.

3. Don’t Over-Exfoliate: Using harsh scrubs can damage your skin barrier. Be gentle and limit exfoliation.

4. Don’t Use Body Lotion on Your Face: Thick body creams can clog your facial pores. Instead, use moisturizers specifically formulated for the face.

5. Never Skip Protection: Keep your lips moisturized, protect your hands and face from the wind, and don’t forget to apply SPF. Sun damage can still occur in winter, so consider using a moisturizer with SPF.
