Tips to get rid of MONKEY MIND (restless mind):
1. Meditate
2. Practice keeping your mind in the present.
3. Close your eyes and just concentrate on seeing a white piece of paper.

It takes practice. You will not be able to master this at first..... but, remember that the goal is to focus into the present.
