Cheri Lynn Stieben

Cheri Lynn Stieben, born December 2, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away on May 25, 2026 having reached the age of 68 years.

On January 14, 2025, Cheri was united in marriage to Kenneth Lee Stieben, with whom she shared a cherished partnership. Her devotion to her family was evident in the love she showed to her grandchildren, Trenton, Trevor, and Hayden, who were a constant source of happiness in her life.

Cheri is survived by her husband, Kenneth Stieben; her daughter, Breanna Sappington of Union, Missouri; and her son, Jarrett Sappington, and his wife Heather, of Potosi, Missouri. She also leaves behind her sister, Lisa Tucci, and her husband Tony, of Saint Louis, Missouri; her brother, Robbie Province, and his wife Pam, of Saint Louis, Missouri; as well as her cousin, Linda Girolamo.

Cheri was preceded in death by her daughter, Carmen Sappington, and her parents, Walter and Shirley (Rousan) Province.

Cheri will be remembered for her warm spirit and her deep appreciation for the arts, especially her passion for painting and ceramics. She found great joy in spending time with her family and grandchildren, and she had a particular fondness for cats and dogs. Cheri frequently attended yard sales and flea markets, where she delighted in finding treasures and unique finds

Cheri's legacy of kindness, creativity, and devotion to her family will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Frances "Frankie" Rundel

Frances Ann Rundel, a beloved and family-oriented woman known for her warmth and love of people, passed away on May 26, 2026 in Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of 85 years. She was born on April 30, 1941, in Cadet, Missouri, and a daughter to the late Verna Marie (Bequette) Politte and Bernard John Politte.

On March 26, 1960, Frances was united in marriage to Robert Rundel, and together they were blessed with 50 years of marriage. Her commitment to family was a cornerstone of her life, reflected in her close relationships with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She treasured spending time with her family, enjoying activities such as cooking, playing cards, visiting the casino, and shopping.

Frances is survived by her two daughters, Cheryl Jordan and her husband Curtis of Potosi, Missouri, and Jennifer "Nickie" Thornton and her husband Andy of Potosi, Missouri. She is also lovingly remembered by her son, Timmy Rundel, and his wife Rhonda of Cadet, Missouri. Her family circle extends to her sister, Catherine Schwartz of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

Her legacy lives on through her numerous grandchildren: Ashley (Andy), C.J. (Tara), Ghivanni, Ryan (Kristen), Brandon, Tashea, Heather, Haleigh, Andrew (Ella), Blake (Kaelynn), Brenley, Jeslyn, and Kami. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear special friends, all of whom held a cherished place in her heart.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rundel; son, Kevin Rundel; brothers, Kenneth Politte and Walter Politte; sisters, June Courtway, Hilda Bays, Ina Mae Boyer and great grandchild, Lexis.

She will be remembered with great affection by all who have the privilege to share in her life.

Arrangements are being handled by Moore Funeral Homes, Potosi, MO where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, May 31, 2026 and from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Monday, June 1, 2026. Funeral services will be at St. Joachim Catholic Church at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 1, 2026. Interment will be at St. Joachim Catholic Cemetery, Old Mines, MO.

Mildred Marie DeClue

Mildred Marie DeClue of Richwoods, Missouri passed away Monday, May 25, 2026, having reached the age of 75. Mildred was born May 10, 1951in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter to the late Della Ivey Sara (DeClue) Lewis and Clifford Lewis.

On December 23, 2019, Mildred was united in marriage to Dennis DeClue, and they shared 6 years together.

Mildred is survived by her husband Dennis DeClue, stepdaughters, Christina DeClue, Amy Thompson and husband Arthur, Laura Toombs and husband Justin, stepsons, Charles DeClue and wife Jeanette, Dennis Declue and wife Elizabeth, nephew, Steven Cox, sister, Irene Ginrigh in addition to many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her sisters, Rose Witham and Mary Cox.

Mildred kept Jesus at the center of her life. She was a devoted member of the Way of Life Tabernacle and Apostolic Church in Richwoods. She loved people and always had others in her thoughts and prayers. She loved sewing and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by those who know her.

Visitation for Mildred was held Thursday, May 28 from 9AM-11AM at the Way of Life Tabernacle Church in Richwoods, Missouri with the funeral service taking place the same day at 11AM with Pastor Perry Vance officiating. Burial and final prayers took place at Horine Cemetery in Richwoods, Missouri.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Nancy Coleman

Nancy Coleman, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 22, 2026 reaching the age of 70. Born on March 22, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri, Nancy lived a life deeply rooted in her family and community.

On February 16, 1980, she was united in marriage to Stanley Wayne Coleman. Together, they shared 30 wonderful years of marriage, raising their children with love and dedication. Nancy took immense pride in being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother - roles that brought her great joy.

Family was at the heart of Nancy's life. She cherished her children and grandchildren and found comfort and happiness in their company. She was known for her warmth and affectionate nature, always putting the needs of her loved ones above her own. Among her pastimes were enjoying time with family, observing hummingbirds, caring for animals, reading books, and playing puzzle games.

Nancy is survived by her beloved daughter, Lettie Jean Mirelez, and husband, Brandon, of Los Olivos, California. Her son, Dennis James Coleman of Potosi, Missouri. She also leaves behind two sisters, Pam Dickey and her husband John of Farmington, Missouri, and Roxanne Gibson, also of Farmington, two brothers, Donald Gibson and his wife Dottie of Black, Missouri, and Charles "Chuck" Gibson of Columbia, Missouri.

Her grandchildren Carrie, Lacie, Ruth Ann, and Mackenzie hold a special place in her heart, as does her great-grandchild, Connor, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Nancy's life was also marked by the loving memory of those who preceded her in death: her husband Stanley Wayne Coleman, and her parents, Claire (Skaggs) Gibson and Donald Gibson.

Nancy's life was a testament to the strength of family bonds. Her kindness, love for her family, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.

Brenda Bradley

Brenda Bradley, a cherished member of the Potosi community and devoted family woman, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026. Born on October 9, 1939, in Desloge, Missouri, Brenda’s life was marked by a loving competitive spirit and a deep dedication to both her family and her career.

On December 30, 1961, Brenda was united in marriage to Cyrus Bradley, with whom she shared 64 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with love, support, and countless treasured memories. Brenda’s affection for her family was evident in every aspect of her life, as she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Brenda’s professional life reflected her commitment to caring for others. She served as Director of Nursing at the Bonne Terre Hospital, later becoming the director at NHC before retiring. Her leadership in healthcare touched many lives, demonstrating her compassion and dedication to improving the well-being of those around her.

An avid sports enthusiast, Brenda was a fervent supporter of the Rams and Cardinals, and she took great joy in following local high school sports; especially the teams her husband coached. Her love for nature found expression in her time spent at Rogue Creek, where she delighted in the serene lake surroundings and the simple pleasures of watching squirrels play.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Cyrus Bradley; her son, Matthew Bradley, and his wife Tonya of Potosi, Missouri; and her sisters-in-law, Trena Motley, Tamra Pyatt, Peggy Bradley, and Ruth Kollmeyer, her niece, Kathy Gray, as well as her grandchildren Jacob, Jesse, Jennifer (Jon), Eli, and Madeline, and great-grandchildren Calvin and Sawyer. Many other relatives and dear friends also mourn her loss and celebrate her remarkable life.

Brenda was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Cooley; her parents, Lora (Robinson) Horton and Jesse F. Horton; her brother, Bob Horton; sister-in-law, Lori Horton; and niece and nephew, Cyndy McNally and Bob Horton Jr.

Brenda’s legacy is one of unwavering love, spirited enthusiasm, and dedication to family and community. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who have the privilege of knowing her.

Wilford Dean Johnson

Wilford Dean Johnson, born on October 11, 1950, in Potosi, Missouri, peacefully passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 75. He was a devoted family man, a dedicated veteran, and a gentleman who lived with quiet dignity and integrity.

Dean’s life was marked by service and heartfelt sincerity. He proudly served in the United States Army from July 1968 to July 1970, earning the Purple Heart for his valor and sacrifice. His commitment to his country was reflected not only in his military service but also in his involvement with the Potosi Masonic Lodge and the American Legion Cordia Humphrey Post, where he found camaraderie and purpose.

Beyond his service, Dean had a passionate interest in gardening, a hobby that brought him peace and a connection to the earth. He was always curious, engaging in computer searching long before it became commonplace, and harbored a lifelong dream of playing the guitar. These interests underscore a gentle spirit and a mind eager for growth and discovery.

Dean survives by his beloved wife, Margaret Johnson, who stood by his side through all the seasons of life. Together, they raised four daughters who will carry forward his legacy: Angela Johnson of Old Town Tustin, California; Leslie Spencer of Rosenberg, Texas; Veronica Pratt and her husband Jon of Farmington, Missouri; and Tiffany Voyles and her husband David of Potosi, Missouri. His family extends further to include one sister, Parsetta Alexander, and her husband Thomas, as well as a sister-in-law, Jill Johnson.

His grandchildren, eight strong in number Isaiah, Isaiah, Ava, Davina, Akai, Tiaana, William, and Daisy were a source of immense joy to Dean, embodying the continuation of his love and family values.

Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Dimple (Koontz) Johnson; his father, Louis Johnson; his son, Matthew Johnson; his brothers, James Achilles Johnson and Lewis Johnson, whose relationships were integral parts of Dean’s life story and memories.

Wilford Dean Johnson’s journey was one of quiet strength, love, and service. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be dearly missed but fondly remembered for the values he embodied and the love he shared so generously.
