Wanted 20-30 hours per week.
1. Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
2. Oversee daily office operations of the healthcare facility to ensure smooth workflow
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety and ensure systems are operating to the benefit of patients by strictly following established healthcare safety standards
4. Oversee financial aspects of healthcare, including medical billing and processing health insurance claims
5. Drafting financial reports for senior management timely and accurately as well as maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of patient medical records
6. Schedule appointments
7. Track and order inventory
