Please note, next month's offering will be on Saturday, April 18, 4 pm Sacred Sound Healing with cello, Native American flute, frame drum and cello. with Alisa Woods and Caron Collins.

Class includes a slow flow to open and warm up from the inside out, deep stretches to calm the nervous system, ending with 45 minutes of yoga nidra; a guided deep rest-based meditation to release all that doesn't serve, to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga Nidra is known to rewire the brain to embody our intentions and desired state of being. $20 drop-in -no class 3/20
