Over and over in a lot of my readings I say "...and it's hard" because it is. I know first hand how difficult it can be to not only process old stuff, but shift and grow, and grieve. It takes a long time, and a lot of practice.

So when it comes up in the cards - I try to make sure I express that, the sympathy, and reiterate that its worth the effort.
