Starting in November, we’ll be offering a Grief Support Group in Potsdam. This group is open to adults grieving any type of loss that happened at least three months ago. Come connect with others who understand and find support as you navigate life after loss.

We had a spooktacular time at the Norwood Trunk or Treat this past Sunday! 🎃

Norwood Beach not only hosted the event but has also been home to our annual Swim-a-Mile fundraiser for many years. We couldn’t think of a better place to share some exciting news — next year’s event will include a mini course for swimmers as young as four!
