Did you know one of the most meaningful things hospice can do is help patients stay or return home, where they feel most comfortable? At the end of life, that comfort can mean everything. For someone like Duane’s dad, who built his own home, being there mattered more than words can express.

In addition to their 6-week Navigate Grief workshops which are offered several times a year, plus three week sessions before Thanksgiving and Christmas, they offer can individual sessions. They discuss the types, styles and the phases of grief. No one experiences grief in the same way – it is a very personal journey each time for every person. But Hospice can help navigate that rocky emotional road.
