Three years ago, my journey with sacred Mapacho began—a path of deep transformation and wisdom. One of the most pivotal moments came in the dream state, where I found myself traveling through realms and parallel universes. I was walking barefoot through a lush jungle, the trees and plants gently brushing against my skin as if welcoming me home. I felt the rich earth beneath my feet, grounding me in its embrace.

Following the guidance of what seemed to be a mentor, an elder, we stopped at a particular plant. I was instructed to offer it love—to touch, to smell, and to bless it with the sacred smoke of to***co. Then, I was told: This is the Master Plant, Mapacho. You have been called to walk this path, to work with this medicine, and to serve the spirit of Grandfather To***co.

This was my initiation—a sacred calling and a message that I would one day make a pilgrimage to this land. Grandfather To***co, I sit in honor and reverence as your student. As a child of Pachamama and a devoted medicine woman, I walk this path with love, humility, and deep gratitude.

My beautiful smudger arrived today. I use this ceremonial tool to move energy while I'm doing reiki or any kind of energy work. Using this feather smudger reminds me of my father.

It's a true honor to follow in the footsteps of my father and his powerful abilities as an energy worker himself. I know I make him proud because even though he has transitioned over, we have a very strong spiritual relationship that has deepened once I started healing myself. Him and I have an energetic connection that is remarkable and out of this world. He's right alongside me, gently teaching me the ways from spirit.

He's never left my side because I carry his stone that he wore on his belt every single day. Embracing this journey not only honors his memory but also empowers me to continue this vital work. 🌬️🪶💫🧿

I easily convinced my wife that we needed to purchase Earthing mattress and pillow covers and wasn't quite sure if we would feel the difference and I'm here to say we definitely do! It's only been 2 nights of sleep and my wife said while sleeping she hasn't felt any pain (backache, arthritis, etc.) I also don't feel any pain while sleeping and the quality of sleep is much more deep and less interrupted. I feel a overall calmness and my body feels wonderful. I don't have any aches either. When I get up the aches start to come back naturally but not as aggressive. Guess we are going to have to quit our jobs and sleep all day... jk 🤣🧿🧿💤 👣
