We offer FREE pregnancy tests and FREE first trimester ultrasounds, options counselling and material assistance. Free counseling on pregnancy and life issues. Free confidential pregnancy tests. Maternity clothing, infant through toddler clothing and supplies. Genesis Kids Thrift shop is a community outreach with gently used baby items and equipment.
