I am so deeply grateful to each of you who came to the oxymel workshop today. Thank you for your openness, your thoughtful questions, your laughter, and your willingness to explore the magic of plant medicine together. It’s such an honor to share this work with people who genuinely care about learning, healing, and reconnecting with the earth.

Watching you blend your own oxymels , choosing herbs with intention and listening to what your body and spirit are calling in was truly special. These gatherings remind me why I love this work so much, it’s not just about recipes, it’s about community, empowerment, and remembering the wisdom that’s always been available to us.
