I have worked to create programs to empower Clients, if you have any concern that you are "beyond help" or "can't do it" I welcome the opportunity to explore potential with you, so that I can learn to serve a wider variety of bodies. My Education, Licensing and Experience (so far) includes:

Don't be afraid to research the techniques your trainers mention or Ask them Questions.

Be aware of Trainers who Allow Clients to Sign Contracts w/ Unrealistic or Unhealthy Expectations. Trainers Even Instruct Clients to Train/Diet in ways (that will aesthetically transform the body) under conditions to make the body feel it can do better during routine but Cause Delayed Harm. Some Well-Meaning Trainers don't realize the damage they cause using popularized methods.

You can Make Yourself Bend Further Faster, or Look Thinner Sooner ~ But Are You Healthy? Is Your Body Performing Optimally to keep up w Activities You want to Perform in Daily Life?

There should be Effort not Pain, Movements Should Honor Your Body, not Harm it. Above All Else, you need to Make Sure Your Training Suits Your Healthy, Long-Term Well-Being.
