Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions
Don’t miss this evidence-based program for people with all types of ongoing health conditions that may be causing fatigue, pain, anxiety, or other symptoms. These workshops were designed to help you learn practical skills to feel better, take charge of your health and get connected with others who have similar health issues. For people ages 60+.
There is no fee. Friends, family members, and caregivers are welcome.
Thursdays, January 15 – February 19 from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 300 West Arch Street, Pottsville.
Healthy snacks and use of a guidebook included.

Due to limited class size, please register by 1/13/26 at 570-624-3017.
Any snow dates will be announced in class.
