Healthy Steps in Motion
Reduce your risk of falling by joining this evidence-based fall prevention exercise program designed for people ages 60+ of all fitness levels! The one-hour sessions are held twice a week for 4 weeks and are taught by certified instructors. A fall risk screening is offered. Enjoy the benefits of improved balance, strength and flexibility. There is no charge and a guidebook is included. Sessions to be held on Tuesdays and Fridays, November 4th through December 2nd from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 300 W Arch Street, Pottsville PA 17901.
