We are happy to announce we will be offering TWO new services!

- ASHIATSU MASSAGE:
Ashiatsu is a deep-tissue massage technique where the therapist uses their bare feet to deliver broad, consistent, and deep pressure, often while balancing with overhead bars. Originating from Japanese roots meaning "foot pressure," it uses body weight to relax muscles, improve spinal alignment, and reduce chronic pain.
*Therapists use the heels, arches, and balls of their feet to apply deep, flowing, and compressive strokes, which can be more comfortable than intense elbow or thumb pressure.
*The benefits of Ashiatsu massage, it focuses on releasing tight connective tissues (myofascial release), lengthening muscles, increasing circulation, and reducing stress.
*Despite being known for deep work, the pressure can be adjusted to be lighter if needed

PRICING FOR ASHIATSU: This service alone is $100.

If you would like to ADD ON to your basic massage ( i.e 60 minute therapeutic, Swedish, Deep tissue)- the total cost would bump your total to $100. So, for example- if you are booked for a 60 minute therapeutic- which is $75 & you add on the ashiatsu, your new total would be $100.

-INNER ORAL TMJ MASSAGE:
TMJ massage is a specialized therapeutic technique designed to alleviate pain and dysfunction in the jaw joint (temporomandibular joint) and surrounding muscles. It typically involves massaging the masseter and temporalis muscles to release tension, reduce clicking/popping, and improve jaw mobility through both external and intraoral techniques.
*INNER ORAL TMJ MASSAGE focuses on the jawline (masseter), temples (temporalis), neck, and shoulders to reduce tension that causes clenching and grinding.
*The Benefits of INNER ORAL TMJ MASSAGE helps relieve tension headaches, reduce jaw popping/clicking, improve blood circulation to the joint, and ease pain while chewing or talking by allowing me to enter your mouth (with gloves on of course) and release the joint manually.

PRICING FOR TMJ- This service alone is $50 for 30 minutes.
For an add on to your already existing service it is $25.

It was so nice to see so many of you at the egg hunt and vendor event today!! I didn't get to snap any photos unfortunately because I was shaking so bad from the cold, and trying to not let the canopy blow away lol, but it was a great time!!! I love doing vendor events, I hope i get to do more this year! And I FINALLY got our roller balls and lotions done so they are officially at the spa for purchase (sorry it took so long lol). I know a lot of you have been waiting. And I have some SUPER EXCITING NEWS about a new service (or 2) that I'm going to offer at the spa starting this Monday!!! (I've been offering one of these services to exclusive clients for the past 4 months to get practice, but I'm totally excited to put it out there for everyone on Monday!)
