Hi yogis! I have to cancel yoga for Monday evening at the Lake. My daughter's school concert was rescheduled for Monday evening. I will talk to the office about possibly holding a class on Tuesday evening instead. Stay tuned.

Sunday morning online yoga might mean yoga with the cats. This is Lenny. He walked into my house and decided to stay. He still loves his outside time but also loves yoga time. Also, he's 20lbs.

Imagine this: It’s Sunday morning. You make yourself a warm cup of your favorite tea or coffee, find a quiet (or semi-quiet) corner of your home, and roll out your mat to join me for yoga. You’ll finish class feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for the day ahead.

Online Yoga begins Sunday, November 9th at 8:00 AM.
Classes are $10, with $5 for each additional person joining from your household.

If you’d like to join, just send me an email or text, and I’ll share the Zoom link with you.
Payments can be made via Venmo.
