Summer Schramm – Nurse
Summer was inspired to become a nurse after growing up around nursing homes, where her mother worked in activities. She discovered a passion for bringing comfort and joy to residents, finding fulfillment in making a difference in their daily lives and well-being. To Summer, the residents are like family, and she cares for them with genuine love and compassion.
When she’s not at work, Summer is all about ranch on spaghetti (don’t knock it till you try it!), shopping trips to Lancaster, and finding the latest must-haves of Lululemon. She’s currently studying for her R.N. B.S.N. and living each day with gratitude, laughter, and love for every opportunity that comes her way.

Jackie’s leadership journey is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to making a difference. What began as a role in Social Services has grown into a calling to lead and she’s embraced every step of the way with heart and determination.
Throughout her AIT experience, Jackie has shown what it means to lead with presence. She listens, supports, and inspires those around her, always striving to create a positive, connected environment for staff and residents alike.
