Although we are no longer holding Aerial Classes, I am available for private consulting and workshops and Mental Health Counseling! 😌Call/text me at 570-573-5932. COME HANG WITH US for Aerial Hammock, Bungee Fitness and Floor Yoga with Jillian from Transcend Yoga for our LAST MONTH in July 2025! Almost everything in the studio is for SALE! Hammocks are SOLD. Everything will be marked this week on Wednesday July 9th. Check out the posts below for details. Register on Setmore or call/text and pay the day of class Aerial Class $20. Bungee classes $30. Class will be at the Intro/Beginner level having at least one foot on the floor most of the time, except for an opportunity for an inversion and relaxing in the hammock at the end of class. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get your hammock measured. Some reminders for first timers,
-Bring your own yoga mat, I have some if needed.
-Bring water to drink.
-Do not eat at least one hour prior if you will be doing an inversion.
-Wear comfortable form fitting clothing, yoga pants below the knees (NOT slippery pants).
-Please ensure proper hygiene, and ensure feet and hands are clean to keep fabric as clean as possible between washings.
-Please remove shoes upon entering and until you exit at the door to keep floors as clean as possible.
-Please check your feet. Wipes are available. Sometimes flip flops get a little dirty.
-Please avoid strong perfumes and heavy make up, and ensure proper hygiene. All scents stay in the fabric.
-Please remove jewelry to avoid tearing the fabric.
-For the Winter, bring long sleeves until you warm up.
-Please sanitize your hands prior to touching the fabric.
-When class is over, please use the mat spray to wipe the mat and hammock spray for the hammock.
-Please leave your cell phones on the side to avoid distraction. There will be opportunity for pictures at the end of class. We will follow Covid 19 recommendations with the following:
-If you feel sick, don't' come to class. Rest up and get better!
-Sanitize your hands upon arrival.
-Remove your shoes upon arrival and please keep them off until you are exiting at the door. Dirt gets in there so easily.
-Please cough/sneeze into your elbow
-Don't touch your face. If you do accidentally, please sanitize or wash your hands.
-If you use the bathroom, wash your hands afterwards.

-By signing up and attending this class, you are waiving responsibility of the studio in the event that you are exposed to any illness. I will do my part, however, I can't control everyone else. Any questions, please contact me via message of call 570-573-5932. Can't wait to HANG with you!

Imagine this: It’s Sunday morning. You make yourself a warm cup of your favorite tea or coffee, find a quiet (or semi-quiet) corner of your home, and roll out your mat to join me for yoga. You’ll finish class feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for the day ahead.

Online Yoga begins Sunday, November 9th at 8:00 AM.
Classes are $10, with $5 for each additional person joining from your household.

About Us

Schuylkill Aerial and Wellness is a new place to ‘Hang Out’, get fit, relax and have some fun. We are currently offering Aerial Yoga Hammock classes from “I’ve never done Yoga”, to “What’s an Aerial Hammock” to “I love to hang upside down”. Classes are for all ages and levels. We are also scheduling private parties up to 40 people (12 Hammocks available), so reserve your date soon! Follow our page for new classes forming. If you have any requests, let me know!
