Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating Healthcare Human Resources Week and recognizing one of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals at our facility — Jess! 🎉💙

Jess is truly one of a kind — a bit of a magical unicorn 🦄, so to speak. For 22 years, she has been a cornerstone of our organization, building an incredible depth of knowledge about the facility and everything that keeps it running behind the scenes.

In her role as Human Resources Director, Jess plays a critical part in supporting both staff and patient care 🏥. But her impact goes far beyond her title. She wears many hats 🎩 — managing payroll, benefits, recruitment, and orientation — all while carrying a significant administrative load to keep operations running smoothly, especially during staffing challenges.

Jess is also the friendly voice we all recognize and appreciate ☎️😊. Whether she’s answering the phone, greeting someone at the door 🚪, or helping solve a problem, she does it with unmatched professionalism and warmth.

We are beyond thankful for Jess and her willingness to be a team player in any situation, on any given day 🤝✨. Thank you for everything you do! 💐👏
