A different way to use a chalk board for shape practice! Shapes follow a developmental pattern and are a prewriting stepping stone to letter formation ✏️

Snack and lunch linked by color and shape. Use the shape and/or color of preferred foods to link a non-preferred option ie round chicken nuggets to chickpeas (with ranch seasoning for the win!) and square Gruyère to square cheddar. Rice cakes and cucumbers matched for the snack.
