Massage by Maren NYS Licensed Massage Therapist Maren DeGroat is a NYS licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years and a life long resident of Dutchess County, New York.

She received her certification from The Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in 2003. She also has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science Wellness and Fitness, an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a level I certification in Fascial Stretching (Stretch to Win). Maren has been practicing massage for 17 years. She has worked with different types of athletes from w

eekend warriors, Ironman and WWE wrestler from 2014-2015 to the stressed mother and hard workers. Maren challenges herself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, She can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. Happy 4th everyone !!

After a lot of thinking I have come to the very hard decision to not accept any new clients. This is to better serve my current client load. Which is very very full. I am a 1 woman show and there is only so much I can handle. We don’t want to burn me out. 🤪 I will reevaluate in the fall. Thank you.
