Massage by Maren NYS Licensed Massage Therapist Maren DeGroat is a NYS licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years and a life long resident of Dutchess County, New York.

She received her certification from The Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in 2003. She also has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science Wellness and Fitness, an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a level I certification in Fascial Stretching (Stretch to Win). Maren has been practicing massage for 17 years. She has worked with different types of athletes from weekend warriors, Ironman and WWE wrestler from 2014-2015 to the stressed mother and hard workers. Maren challenges herself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, She can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. Maren encourages everyone to try massage therapy so they can decide if it’s a positive addition to their regular self-care. Her massage style provides deep relaxation as well as rehabilitation by incorporating Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, fascial stretching, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue work.
