Hydration isn’t just about drinking water — it’s about absorbing it.

If you’re drinking all day but still feel tired, foggy, or bloated, it might be an electrolyte imbalance or poor cellular absorption.

Summer fun is in full swing, but here’s an important reminder: alcohol and hot weather can be a dangerous combo.

When you drink alcohol in the heat, your body faces double dehydration—alcohol is a diuretic, and high temps already make you sweat more. The result? You're losing more fluids than you’re taking in.

⚠️ What can happen?

Increased risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke

Faster dehydration

Impaired judgment about sun exposure, hydration, and activity

Higher likelihood of fatigue, dizziness, or fainting

💡 Tips for safer summer sipping:
✅ Alternate every alcoholic drink with a glass of water
✅ Avoid drinking in the peak heat of the day (11am–3pm)
✅ Eat hydrating foods like watermelon and cucumber
