Confession time 🤦🏻‍♀️

Today your holistic wellness girl — who literally teaches this stuff — accidentally took WAY too many supplements at once.

And guess what happened?
So nauseous 🤢

Nothing like sitting there thinking, “Wow…Why…WHY!?!? Did I do that?”

The irony is extra strong because I’m currently creating a resource about the most common wellness mistake I see… and apparently I needed a live demonstration. 🙃

Let this be your loving reminder:
More is not better.
Spacing matters.
Your nervous system (and stomach) like gentleness.

Silence is one of the most overlooked forms of self-care.

Silence supports clarity, emotional processing, creativity, and deeper connection to your body’s signals. It’s not doing nothing — it’s allowing your system to reset.

So often we convince ourselves it’s better to pretend something isn’t happening.
Or that it’s “not that bad.”
Or that if we don’t look at it, it won’t get worse.

But that’s rarely true.

There’s a part of your brain whose job is to keep you safe.
It will tell you not to look.
Not to feel.
Not to act—because it might be painful or scary.

That part isn’t wrong.
It’s just outdated.

What actually brings relief is facing what’s here—gently, honestly—and taking one small step where and when you can. Even tiny action sends a powerful signal to your nervous system: I’m not helpless. I’m here.

Doing something—anything—almost always feels better than hiding.
Your nervous system relaxes.
Your energy shifts.
Your life responds.

You don’t have to fix everything.
You just have to stop disappearing.

Your body (and your life) will thank you.

Is this nourishing me?
